Pets
Pets are an important part of the family and Atlantic Marine Corps Communities (AMCC) wants to make living with us as easy as possible on you and your four-legged friend.
AMCC does not require pet deposits,administrative fees or rent on your pets for active duty military families and active duty bachelors. In addition to the local base policies regarding pet ownership including breed restrictions, here are a few pet policies from AMCC:
-Only Two Domestic Pets (Cats/Dogs) are allowed per home.
-Animals such as farm animals are prohibited.
-Written permission must be obtained from AMCC before moving a pet into a home.
-Residents are required to provide all documentation of vaccination and license before permission is granted.
All residents are required to sign a pet addendum and abide by all conditions listed within the addendum of the resident lease.
