Atlantic Marine Corps Communities and its parent company Actus Lend Lease are part of a global real estate development company, and one of the largest across all real estate service and product offerings. Materials, skilled people, and other resources, however, are best found locally, not globally. History has shown time and time again that success depends upon engaging and relying on local resources rather than imported assets - human or otherwise.

Being large and global does have a purpose. Clients require us to reliably maintain the financial strength to support some of the world's largest construction projects. Lend Lease's global size also allows us to maintain unique and creative real estate skills that can only be supported economically by spreading this service across multiple markets.

Actus Lend Lease does not merely bring things to a community; it becomes part of the community. We hire locally and live locally; our commitment becomes one not merely to the project, but to the community in which we live.

Actus Lend Lease is committed to using small and disadvantaged businesses wherever possible. This commitment is not one to use less competitive or more expensive businesses - we have found that if we make the conditions right for their thriving, small and disadvantaged businesses are often the best and most competitive business partners. Small businesses have the advantage of being local and being close to their work; with them as with us, each project is a major and unique commitment worth all available attention and effort.

Businesses interested in participating in the Atlantic Marine Corps Communities project are asked to fill out the Prequalification Form, Tax Form and fax it directly to Actus Lend Lease Construction.

REQUIRED PAPER WORK AND OTHER INFORMATION

If you are interested in becoming a Trade Partner with Actus Lend Lease or Atlantic Marine Corps Communities, you will need the following items for your paper work:

• Proof of Insurance
• W9 Form
• New Vendor Request Form
• Copy of Valid Photo ID (2 forms required)

To get the required contractor ID and Pass for Base, you must also have the following items:

• Employee Roster (On Company Letterhead)
• Permission to access base letter signed by AMCC (AMCC to Provide)
• National Background Check for All Employees (Completed within the last 30 days)
• Completed I9 employment verification form
• ID/Pass request form signed by AMCC

After you become a new Actus Lend Lease or AMCC Trade Partner, you and your team will be required to attend a safety class prior to beginning work.
