Securing your family's new home is simple, whether you are arriving in a few months or are currently living off base and would like to move into our community.
The first step for every new AMCC Resident is to visit your Installation's Family Housing Office. At the Family Housing Office you will complete an application, which we be forwarded to AMCC once you are approved. The Family Housing Office will maintain the waitlist for housing if there is one currently in effect for your community.
Once your application has been referred to AMCC, you will be contacted by your helpful AMCC Community Manager. He or she will schedule a time for you to visit the local Community Management Office and sign the lease for your new home. During this time, the Community Manager will provide you with a wealth of information about what AMCC has to offer you and your family.
