Berkeley Manor is conveniently located on Camp Lejeune near the Naval Hospital, DOD Schools and the MCCS Golf Courses.  This neighborhood is available to Staff NCO Services Members and their families.

All Berkeley Manor homes will receive full renovations to enlarge family living areas and storage space.  The unoccupied renovations are right on schedule and will include new two car garages, family rooms, and utility areas with deep sinks, rear patios and screen porches.  Renovations will continue in the neighborhood through December 2011.

This Community is home to 659 three and four bedroom homes, averaging 2,200 total square feet after renovations.

Courthouse Bay is a riverfront AMCC Officer Community of Field Grade Officers homes located near the Sneads Ferry gate. There are eight two-story homes in Courthouse Bay, with one available floorplan.

Westover offers a variety of unique floorplans and amenities.

Hospital Point is an Officer Community on Camp Lejeune. The neighborhood is comprised of three or four bedroom homes nestled along the water between Paradise Point and Camp Lejeune Mainside.

Paradise Point includes our Cape Cod style home.  We offer one and two story homes in this floorplan that before renovations include three bedrooms and one bath.  The one story home is 1174 square feet and the two story home is 1460 square feet.

Renovations for the Cape Cods began in February 2009 and will conclude in June of 2010.   All carports will be converted into two-car garages with automatic openers, if the site will allow.

All Capehart home renovations have been completed. Each home received enlarged family living areas and storage space, including new family rooms, utility areas, two car garages, front porches, rear patios and screen porches.

Three and four bedroom homes are available in this floor plan for Field Grade officers on Cukela, conveniently located near the Golf Course, Officer’s Club, playgrounds and Marston Pavilion.  These homes average 1,545 -1,679 square feet.
