President's Cove - Town Homes Cherry Point

The Grant’s Landing Townhomes at President’s Cove are available for Staff NCOs. Grant's Landing is in a secluded area that features breathtaking views of the Neuse River and is only minutes away from shops, restaurants and more!

All 60 townhomes have received whole house renovations, which include:

Grant's Landing is in a secluded area that features breathtaking views of the Neuse River and is only minutes away from shops, restaurants and more! Grant's Landing received whole house renovations that Military Families have come to expect at Atlantic Marine Corps Communities. Three and four bedroom floorplans are available.

There are 128 Capehart homes that recently received improvements such as an enhanced master suite, new enclosed garage and additional family living space. Improvements will include:

  • An enclosed single-car garage
  • New Enlarged family room
  • Enlarged master suite with walk-in closet and master bath with garden tub

  • Upgraded Energy Star appliances
  • Open outdoor patio
  • Parquet and carpet flooring

Grant's Landing is receiving whole house renovations that Military Families have come to expect at Atlantic Marine Corps Communities.

There are 46 OPQ homes that have received whole house renovations, which will include:

  • A reconfigured kitchen with new coutnertops, sink and Energy Star appliances
  • A new welcoming front porch
  • A large master suite with walk-in closet, double vanity master bath and a new powder room.
  • A two-car garage with remote opener
  • A new guest suite
  • Refinished original solid hardwood floor and new carpet
  • New laundry / mud room with large utility sink

Nugent Cove Cherry Point

Nugent Cove is an enlisted communities at MCB Cherry Point.  These communities offer three and four bedrooms homes, ranging in size from 1,080 square feet to 1,380 square feet.  If you enjoy your privacy, these homes are for you!  Each home features a single family home design with its own secluded porch and large yard.
