Berkeley Manor is conveniently located on Camp Lejeune near the Naval Hospital, DOD Schools and the MCCS Golf Courses. This neighborhood is available to Staff NCO Services Members and their families. All Berkeley Manor homes will receive full renovations to enlarge family living areas and storage space. The unoccupied renovations are right on schedule and will include new two car garages, family rooms, and utility areas with deep sinks, rear patios and screen porches. Renovations will continue in the neighborhood through December 2011. This Community is home to 659 three and four bedroom homes, averaging 2,200 total square feet after renovations.
