Paradise Point - Cape Cod Homes Camp Lejeune

Paradise Point includes our Cape Cod style home.  We offer one and two story homes in this floorplan that before renovations include three bedrooms and one bath.  The one story home is 1174 square feet and the two story home is 1460 square feet.

Renovations for the Cape Cods began in February 2009 and will conclude in June of 2010.   All carports will be converted into two-car garages with automatic openers, if the site will allow.

The one story Cape Cod will receive a family room addition, reconfigured and updated kitchen, enlarged master- suite with fully upgrade bathroom with new shower and bath tub and bedroom closet, new flooring (unless hardwoods exist), new light fixtures, a front porch addition, enclosed laundry room, and new vinyl siding.

The two story Cape Cod will received new utility room additions, complete kitchen and bathroom updates, new light fixtures and new vinyl siding.

This neighborhood is close to our new playgrounds, Golf Course, Officer’s Club, Marston Pavilion and some homes have beautiful waterfront views.

Paradise Point - Capehart Homes Camp Lejeune

Paradise Point is the primary Officer Community on Camp Lejeune, of which AMCC is responsible for all five hundred homes. The neighborhood is comprised of three or four bedroom homes with a total of fourteen available floorplans among four distinctive home types.

All Capehart home renovations have been completed. Each home received enlarged family living areas and storage space, including new family rooms, utility areas, two car garages, front porches, rear patios and screen porches.

Three and four bedroom homes are available in this floor plan for Field Grade officers on Cukela, conveniently located near the Golf Course, Officer’s Club, playgrounds and Marston Pavilion.  These homes average 1,545 -1,679 square feet.

Our Company Grade homes average 1,176-1,255 square feet.

The Cottage Homes will receive renovations which are expected to be completed in April 2009.  These renovations will include the addition of a rear laundry room, additional storage, master bathroom and a one or two car garage.

Paradise Point - Two Story Homes Camp Lejeune

Paradise Point is the primary Officer Community on Camp Lejeune, of which AMCC is responsible for all five hundred homes. The neighborhood is comprised of three or four bedroom homes with a total of fourteen available floor plans among four distinctive home types.

Renovations are currently underway and planned for all two-story homes with garages, these renovations will include conversion of any existing screened porch into a Carolina room, expansion of the garage to a two-car garage with opener, a covered front door entry, and a new rear patio. The renovations will began this summer and will conclude in September 2010.

The two story homes with carports will receive renovations as listed above and the creation of a two-car garage.

These homes are three bedrooms, three or four baths while some floor plans include maid’s quarters that could be used as an additional bedroom, office or family room.  The average square feet for these homes are 1540 -1690 before renovations.

These homes are conveniently located to the Golf Course, Officer’s Club, Hospital, Marston Pavilion and playgrounds.  Select homes have breathtaking views of the water.
