Paradise Point is the primary Officer Community aboard Camp Lejeune, of which AMCC is responsible for all 500 homes. The neighborhood is comprised of three or four bedroom homes with a total of 14 available floorplans among four distinctive home types. The Cottage Homes will receive renovations which are expected to be completed in April 2009. These renovations will include the addition of a rear laundry room, additional storage, master bathroom and a one or two car garage. Come tour your new home today!

Paradise Point - Two Story Homes Camp Lejeune | ||||

Paradise Point is the primary Officer Community on Camp Lejeune, of which AMCC is responsible for all five hundred homes. The neighborhood is comprised of three or four bedroom homes with a total of fourteen available floor plans among four distinctive home types. Renovations are currently underway and planned for all two-story homes with garages, these renovations will include conversion of any existing screened porch into a Carolina room, expansion of the garage to a two-car garage with opener, a covered front door entry, and a new rear patio. The renovations will began this summer and will conclude in September 2010. The two story homes with carports will receive renovations as listed above and the creation of a two-car garage. These homes are three bedrooms, three or four baths while some floor plans include maid’s quarters that could be used as an additional bedroom, office or family room. The average square feet for these homes are 1540 -1690 before renovations. These homes are conveniently located to the Golf Course, Officer’s Club, Hospital, Marston Pavilion and playgrounds.
