Watkins Village is an Enlisted Community at MCB Camp Lejeune, with 216 four bedroom townhomes. Our new construction will consist of 252 three and four bedroom homes with nine available floorplan styles. In addition to these new homes, AMCC is building a 7,000 square foot Watkins Village Community Center, located at the corner of Stone and Bicentennial. Our new Community Center will play host to an array of resident features such as a Business Center, Media Room, Fitness Center and Pool.
