Nugent Cove is an Enlisted Community at MCAS Cherry Point. There are 678 three and four bedroom qauint homes, ranging in size from 1,080 to 1,380 sqft.  Each home features its own private yard for maximum privacy and full developed landscaping with plush green yards.
Residents will be notified of the plan regarding the mix of new and renovated homes as information becomes available.

Paradise Point is the primary Officer Community on Camp Lejeune, of which AMCC is responsible for more than five hundred homes. The neighborhood is comprised of three and four bedroom homes with a total of fourteen available floor plans among five distinctive home types including: Capehart, Cape Cod, Cottage, Two-Story Company Grade and Two-Story Field Grade.
 

Peterfield Point is the AMCC Officer's Community for MCAS New River.  There are 110 homes in Peterfield Point, with seven available floorplans.  AMCC is planning to relocate the Officer's at Peterfield Point with brand new homes.  Site planning and design is currently underway for these brand new homes.  Expected to see progress in 2010.

President's Cove is located on Cherry Point in the Grant's Landing Community.  President's Cove is designed specifically for the Senior NCO family and features 60 three and four bedroom Townhomes and 36 single family Capehart homes.  The residents of President's Cove enjoy easy beach access, brand new playgrounds, Woofspot Dog Park for your pups, and the convenience of being close to work and other MCCS amenities.

Slocum Village is a Junior Enlisted Community located just outside of the MCAS Cherry Point Main Gate. The Townhomes were recently completed by Military Construction.  The homes feature a spacious floor plan with the amenities you have come to expect.
A new Slocum Village Community Center features a 7,000 sq ft facility that provides Residents with meeting space, a fitness center, multi-purpose room, media center, splash park, and zero entry swimming pool.

Located in New Windsor, New York, Stewart Terrace is an AMCC Community for Service Members stationed at Stewart Air National Guard Base and those serving in the Mid-Hudson River Valley region.   Come experience a new era of military living!  Residents enjoy spacious open floor plans with all of the amenities that you have come to expect.

Tarawa Terrace is the largest Enlisted community at MCB Camp Lejeune, with 1,843 homes for E1-E5's. The neighborhood is referred to in two areas, Tarawa Terrace I and II.
