Midway Park E1 - E5

The community of Midway Park is comprised of 161 new homes built by MILCON and an additional 531 single family and duplex style homes.  The newer homes in Midway Park are two-bedroom homes with an approximate square footage of 1,180 sq ft. Each home has a one car garage and is either one-story or two-story.

The homes in Midway Park the older home set for demolishion are the two-bedroom homes with an approximate square footage of 750 sq ft. These homes are scheduled to be demolished and replaced with new quality homes built by AMCC. The first new AMCC homes are complete and new construction is ongoing through 2010.

Construction has begun on 537 Brand new LEED homes constructed in its place to meet the demands of the modern military family.  The homes will feature three and four bedroom duplexes and single family homes with more than 1,800 square feet. The homes will feature an open floor plan, modern amenities, a great front porch with a screened in back porch for entertaining.
