Paradise Point CW01 - CW05, 01-06

Paradise Point is the primary Officer Community on Camp Lejeune, of which AMCC is responsible for more than five hundred homes. The neighborhood is comprised of three and four bedroom homes with a total of fourteen available floor plans among five distinctive home types including: Capehart, Cape Cod, Cottage, Two-Story Company Grade and Two-Story Field Grade.
 
Capehart Styles feature 123 single family homes that were all renovated in 2006 to expand the family living area and provide greater storage space via a laundry room and new two car garage.  AMCC Offers this popular home type to Company Offers and a limited number of Field Grade Officers.

Cottage Homes feature 100 homes for Company Grade Officers with renovations completed in 2009.   The Cottage homes feature newly renovated kitchens with upgraded appliances, new spacious laundry room features four-prong electrical outlets, a master suite expansion with a new bath and walk-in closet for plenty of storage.  A carport has conveniently been converted over to a detached one or two car garage depending on the lot size.  Each Cottage home has developed landscaping with large lots.

Cape Cod Homes feature a great two-story and single-story floor plan.  Renovations are complete and include a new kitchen with a new Energy Star dishwasher; upgrades to all bathrooms include new light fixtures and appliances.  Exterior upgrades totally change the curb appeal by adding new colorful siding to the homes.
