Tarawa Terrace is the largest Enlisted community at MCB Camp Lejeune, with 1,843 homes for E1-E5's. The neighborhood is referred to in two areas, Tarawa Terrace I and II.
Tarawa Terrace I features two, three and four bedroom homes recently constructed in 2006 and range in size from 1200+ square feet and up. The homes at TTI feature energy star appliances, screen porches and lots of storage space. The homes at Tarawa Terrace II range in size from 1,620 to 1,750 square feet, each new three bedroom home at Tarawa Terrace II features amenities designed specifically for the modern Military Family. The homes offer a large master suite; an open floor plan with interconnected living, dining, kitchen and family areas; large walk-in closets; a screened-in patio and private backyard; two-car garages and an inviting front porch.
