Atlantic Marine Corps Communities Announces Changes for TTI ResidentsEffective February 16, 2010, all Tarawa Terrace I Residents will now utilize the Tarawa Terrace Community Center located at 5671 Tarawa Boulevard. Rebecca Russell is the new Community Manager for Tarawa Terrace I and II and all questions, rental payments or in-person meetings should be directed to their main office on Tarawa Blvd. or by calling 910-219-6440. Please stop by to meet your new dedicated staff serving you and your family. Hours of operation remain Monday-Friday from 0800-1900 and Saturday’s from 0900-1500. “This is a great way to bring the communities together and utilize manager’s talents,” stated Debbie Hicks, AMCC Director of Property Management. “We look forward to serving the needs of all of our current residents of Tarawa Terrace at their AMCC Community Center.” The current office at the Military Housing building aboard Tarawa Terrace will be converted into a Central Leasing Office for incoming military personnel and families. At this office, potential Residents can view floor plans; get general AMCC housing information, home assignments and much more. The new Leasing Office will officially open on March 1, 2010 and hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 0800 – 1900. | News Archives |
