PMO Strictly Enforces Base Regulation for Parking at New River Air Station

On March 1, 2010 PMO will begin strictly enforcing the base regulation that no vehicles should be parked on any street, to include residential areas. Your guests may temporarily park on the street if there is not sufficient room in your driveway, but may not remain there overnight.   It is imperative that all residents please utilize their garages and driveways.   Please be advised that there is no parking allowed on the grass in the New River Community.  All vehicles need to be properly licensed, registered, and in working order to reside on the Air Station.  If the vehicle is inoperable, it can be towed from the Community at the owner’s expense.

If you own a boat, trailer, or RV please park it on the side of your home, and make sure that you are maintaining the grass around and underneath.  An AMCC Community RV/Boat/Trailer Lot is in the planning stages now and will be coming soon to the New River Community.

For New River Residents, there is limited overflow parking for visitors available. Please visit the New River Community Center for a list of these locations.
