A breakdown, stoppage, or loss of a critical system or equipment for which life or property may be endangered if the repair is not promptly accomplished. Breaks in water, wastewater or gas lines, gas leaks, equipment failures, utility outages, doors and windows that cannot be secured. What is urgent?
Failure or deficiencies that are not an immediate threat to the health of the residents and do not threaten damage to property. These failures do however have a significant impact on the quality of life of the residents and may pose a health problem if left unattended. Failures in housing unit equipment such as heaters/air conditioners, appliances and/or utility system deficiencies such as partial electrical outages are typical examples of these failures. Respond within a four hour period.

What is routine?
Service requests are classified as routine when failures or deficiencies do not immediately endanger residents or property. Examples include leaky faucets, screen repair, or a functioning HVAC system that is not performing to specification. Routine Service Requests will be responded to with 24 hours.

After hours lockout procedure.
In the event you are locked out of your home, please call the office during business hours. After normal business hours please call the military police if you live in MCB Camp Lejeune or MCAS New River. If you live in MCAS Cherry Point or Stewart Terrace you should call the 1-877-509-2424 maintenance request number. You must have been listed as a Resident or Occupant on the Lease Agreement and present identification in order for the maintenance person to provide entry into your home. This is for your safety. Your Property Management team understands that lockouts can occur, therefore the first response per year is exempt from any fee, but subsequent calls will result in a lockout fee. The lock out fee will be $25.00 if the call is after normal business hours, or on a Holiday. If you desire a new lock we will do so for a fee of $20.00. In the event a key is lost, a fee of $10.00 will be charged to replace the key.
